Feng Xian is a crazy county going viral all over the world now. The original Chinese Pin Yin of Feng Xian means it is a Land of Abundance (“丰县”— 丰收的县城), now it's named by netizens as a Land of Madness (“疯县”— 疯狂的县城), due to the notorious event of the Chained Woman in Feng Xian, Xuzhou Municipality, in Eastern China. 

The villains in Feng Xian are more crazy than Vladimir Putin who invaded Ukraine violently, but still needed to coin up some special excuses.
